Deep Tissue Massage 

Is a massage technique that mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sport injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. 

 

Urban Soul Holistic Therapy Deep Tissue Massage Course will demonstrate all techniques to show you the full routine, allowing you then to be able to breakdown the treatment into small sub treatments.
